Allow on the consent page
Caution: continue only if you started this connection in the last few minutes.

Your first requests
Tell the assistant what you want in plain words. The assistant selects the tools.
Make these five requests in this sequence:
- "List my Carrier experiments."
- "Create a draft from a template. Call it Harbour pilot."
- Describe the study: the conditions, the segments, the group size and the times.
- "Check the draft and explain each warning."
- Ask for small changes, for example "Make the chat eight minutes."
The assistant gives you a link to the draft in the builder. It asks you for each text that it must not invent, for example a system prompt or a survey question.
The builder link opens Harbour pilot, made from a template. The header says "Created with AI assistant". -
Problems
Usual problems and their solutions:
- The consent page says "Connecting apps is switched off": ask the administrator to turn on the connector.
- The assistant says that it cannot change the study: the study is live, completed or archived. Ask the assistant to make a copy as a draft.
- The assistant says that a setting is builder-only: set it in the builder yourself.
- Carrier refuses an image: use a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF file of 5 MB or less.
- You see "Too many requests": wait one minute. The connector allows 60 calls and 20 saves each minute.
- Codex shows Auth: Unknown: run
codex mcp login carrier.
-
Disconnect
In the dashboard, open Account Settings and select Security. Connected apps lists each app, with its end date and its last use.
Click Disconnect next to the app. Carrier ends the access of the app immediately.
Account Settings, Security, Connected apps, Disconnect. Carrier refuses the assistant immediately.
